Had lunch here and managed to get a seat beside the window. Great food and beautiful view by the window. There is a observation deck in the building.

There are nice restaurants. The food court is not so pricey with some really good options. During the flower carpet show, you can go to the observatory and get some great clicks of the flower carpet.

I am saved because there are many visited places that I need. Montbell, Hotei, Tokuju, Rikyu, jujube, etc...

This building has been here for quite sometimes.. but it's so well maintained that it looks new.. i came here for the restaurants mainly..

There was a keyaki branch, so when I went home after drinking, the view from the window was good and calm down. Wifi is also limited to 4x30min increments. There is a 5th floor observation platform that you can access from an elevator on the 3rd floor
